Workshop Pass Options

Spark of Light offers the following pass options:

• Drop-In (1 session)
• Creative Pack (4 sessions)
• Spark Pass (8 sessions)

All passes may be used toward eligible Spark of Light workshops.

Validity

All passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Unused sessions expire after the validity period and cannot be extended.

Booking & Attendance

Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Each booking reserves a dedicated space specifically for your child.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain the session credit.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.

Refunds & Transfers

All passes are non-refundable.

Passes may be shared between siblings within the same immediate family. Sessions cannot be transferred outside of the family without prior written approval.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior communication.

Illness Policy

To help maintain a safe and healthy environment for all children:

If your child is experiencing symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough, or other contagious illness, we kindly ask that they remain at home.

If a child becomes unwell during a workshop, a parent or guardian may be contacted for early pickup.

Late Pick-Up Policy

Workshops end promptly at the scheduled time.

A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that time, a late pick-up fee of $1 per minute may apply.

Consistent late pick-ups may impact future enrolment.

Media & Photo Consent

Spark of Light may occasionally take photos or short videos during workshops for promotional purposes (website, social media, or marketing materials).

Parents will have the opportunity to opt out in writing prior to participation.

No child’s full name will ever be published without explicit consent.

Liability

By registering for a Spark of Light workshop, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation involves hands-on creative activities and light movement.

While reasonable precautions are taken to maintain a safe environment, participation is at your own risk.

Spark of Light and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s participation.

Spark of Light reserves the right to make reasonable schedule or program adjustments as needed.
